Aggregate treatment installations >> Permanent plants

Aggregate treatment plants for small or large operations, up to 1300t/h of production. Turnkey projects with the options necessary to obtain high-quality aggregates and sands, complying with the regulations on processes, machinery, and end product.

Market leaders, incorporating equipment for primary, secondary and tertiary crushing, classification, washing, reclaiming of water, dust collection and all existing variants for the different types of rock to treat. Limestone, granites and other abrasive rocks find in Leblan the appropriate machinery to obtain the product that our customers require.

Feeders
fondo pestañas

imagen alimentadores

Primary feeders

Primary feeders with or without pre-screening, with sturdy reception hoppers and variable capacities adapted to production and aggregate grading of intake material of each installation.

imagen alimentadores de banda

Belt feeders

Belt feeders to convey material uniformly and continuously from a reception hopper.

imagen alimentadores vibrantes electromagnéticos

Vibrating electromagnetic feeders

This type of feeder is actuated by an electromagnetic vibrator which is used as an adjustable-flow dosing unit. The regulation is carried out with an electronic cabinet with built-in control.

imagen alimentadores precribadores

Pre-screening feeders

Located under the hopper, they regulate the flow of material at the same time as they classify it in two or three sizes in the same process. Can be installed in permanent or mobile plants with need to separate earth or barren earth.

Mills
fondo pestañas

Primary, secondary and sand crushing mills, the full range for obtaining high-quality aggregates and sands.

imagen molino impactor

Impactor mill

Impactor mills for crushing of abrasive rock. Designed to produce sands with high reduction coefficient. Rotor with change in turning direction for better utilization of the wearing elements and offering high performance. Special high wear-resistant steel impact bars. Hydraulic opening for simple maintenance access.

imagen molino de conos

Cone mill

High productivity, Low maintenance cost and wear, long mechanical life, high-quality aggregate and variable proportion of sand according to needs are the most notable characteristics of this type of crushers. Indicated for highly abrasive materials.

Sieves
fondo pestañas

imagen cribas Inclined sieves with free vibration action which allows a broad full range and regimen of revolutions.

Adapted to all aggregate grading and characteristics of aggregate; dry and washed, fine and large, natural and crushed. Its design and strength are ideal for its use in all types of aggregate treatment installations. Sieving surfaces from 2m2 to 17m2 through mesh and models of up to 4 floors. Diversity of mesh types to adapt to the material to be treated: metallic, antiadhesives, of polyurethanes or rubber, grizzly type cascade.

Conveyor belts
fondo pestañas

imagen cintas transportadoras Manufactured with normalized elements, they allow coverage of all material transport needs, regardless of length or production within the installation. Depending on the features necessary, we have conveyor belts manufactured in structure, folded steel plate or standard shape.

Light and resistant construction, slender lines, possibility of enclosure and comprehensive inspection accesses, diversity of belt and power types and simple access for maintenance.

imagen Trómel de lavado

Washing trommel

LThe washing trommels are cylinders for washing rocks, gravels and minerals that carry with them a high percentage of clays and earths, as well s the preparation, disgregation and homogenization of products that in subsequent processes will be treated with moisture. Great effectiveness and guarantee of a perfect wash, economic maintenance. The range of productions from 100 to 300 t/h.

imagen Hidrociclones

Hydrocyclones

These units recover fine sand lost due to overflowing in the washing units such as washing trommels, bucket-chain decanters or spiral decanters. They form a part of the washing units. Hydrocyclones are also habitually used in industrial installations for the treatment of kaolin and silica sand.

imagen escurridores

Drainers

The main function of a drainer is to eliminate the excess water in the discharge materials of the regular washing units. Two vibrators make up the action that produces a linear movement which transports the material to the outlet and facilitates its draining.

A polyurethane grille base with a design that prevents clogging and filters the excess water with great efficiency and high production.

imagen Grupos compactos de lavado

Compact washing units

The washing units are effective systems for washing sands well. Their main purpose is to separate the lower fraction of 63 µm (microns) without losing the rest of the fines in order for the resulting product to meet the quality and regulatory requirements. These are high-performance units and produce high-quality sands, even with products with high clay content.

These units are composed of hydrocyclone, drainer, motor and pumps and can be configured depending on the particular needs of each customer.

Flocculant doser

The flocculant doser is made up of a flocculant tank and a pump with frequency variator that doses it, depending on the conditions of the incoming material.

imagen Depósito de decantación

Decanting tank

The decanting tank receives the dirty water that comes from the process through the mixing box where it combines in the dissolution of flocculant.

Inside the box, the mixture of dirty water and flocculant are forced to pass through a specific course, forming at this point the flocculate of adequate size and composition. After this operation, the mixture enters the tank through the central funnel where the mud decants and drops to the bottom of the tank.

imagen Depósito de aguas limpias

Clean water tank

The clean water tank collects the clean water from the decanting tank and reintroduces it into the circuit of the plant for its utilization.

Dust collection
fondo pestañas

imagen captación polvo Dust collection is done, at specific points of the installation, through sleeve filters that have an automatic cleaning system through periodic impulses of compressed air, which make it unnecessary to stop the flow of the gas or insulate chambers during cleaning periods. This obtains the maximum utilization of the filtering surface. Moreover, this cleaning system allows greater filtering speeds. All this leads to filters of smaller size.

The dust-loaded gases enter through the dirty gas intake to the filtering chamber. The path of the gases is blocked by a deflector that causes the large dust to fall and thus, they do not need to be filtered. The gases are distributed through the filtering chamber, flowing toward the inside of the sleeves; on their outer face their dust is retained. The clean gases leave the filtering chamber through the inside of the sleeves, reaching the clean gas channel, through which they leave the filter. The loosened dust mostly falls into the hopper. The cleaning air, with the dust it has taken with it, joins the dirty gas and is filtered through the rest of the sleeves that are not in cleaning period.
