The company was set up in 1967 and from that time onwards, constant improvements have been made in productive resources, the specialisation of personnel and also manufacturing equipment.
The growth of the company has been significant, with each sector of its activity opening up to foreign markets, developing and carrying out projects on a global scale, and enlarging its commercial network by setting up its own delegations both in Spain and abroad.
We have our own installations, located in La Puebla de Alfindén, covering the following area:
Total surface area: 16.500 m².
Constructed surface area: 14.500 m².
The constructed surface area is composed of :
An office block, occuped by the Management, Marketing, Administrative, Technical and R&D departments. Area: 1200 m².
Production and paintshops. Area: 10300 m².
Storage and distribution warehouse. Area: 3000 m².
The factory has a large number of hoist systems (11 bridge cranes of 5 and 10 metric tons) and modern machine tools equipped with numerical control (250 metric-ton folding machine, guillotine, sheet metal and plate bending rolls, power lathes, cutter, milling machine, boring machines, presses, welding equipment, and specific tools and equipment for our own production processes).
Our projects and installations are designed using the program AUTOCAD 2004 working in a WINDOWS NT environment.
The control of output, warehouses and general management of the company are also centralised and computer-controlled by a WINDOWS NT system.
The company is organised into the following departments. The way these departments interrelate and their corresponding external connections ensure that the company functions at optimum capacity.
SALES AND ADVERTISING.
Our function is to develop and promote the company’s products; prepare and present technical and financial offers; negotiate prices and terms for contracts; conclude sales deals; prepare publicity materials to promote the company's products; attend fairs and competitions relating to the various products of the company; search for and select potential sales networks and agents both nationwide and abroad.
TECHNICAL OFFICE AND R&D DEPARTMENT.
This is responsible for the technical development of projects assigned to the company. It analyses and studies each task to be performed. It plans the materials and equipment designed for each project. It works out the calculations and analysis required for adapting the product to the specifications of the customer, working in conjunction with the departments of Sales and Production for optimum development of the project.
It has a team that is devoted to the research and development of new products in accordance with current needs and demands, and adapts existing products by introducing certain modifications in design to improve and upgrade these.
MANUFACTURING DEPARTMENT.
Encargado de la fabricación de todas las líneas de los productos que desarrolla la Empresa. Fabricación conforme a los pedidos procedentes del departamento de ventas. Ejecución de todos los proyectos de fabricación en conformidad con las necesidades de los clientes.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND SPARE PARTS.
Responsible for mounting and starting up installations and plants, and also providing and repairing machinery and equipment. Customers are given adequate instructions for handling and operating the plants installed. Technical assistance is provided where necessary for the maintenance of the equipment supplied.
This department controls the stock of available spare parts, and purchases the material required to keep the manufacturing department adequately and efficiently supplied. It processes orders for spare parts, depending on the needs of the customer, with respect to quantity and delivery date concerning the supply required.
ADMINISTRATIVE DEPARTMENT.
Amongst the basic functions of this department are the following: assuming responsibility for all types of administrative formalities with official bodies and banks; keeping the company's accounts in order; performing stock-taking and financial analyses, carrying out feasibility studies, company invoicing and book-keeping, analysing money markets to ensure investments are most profitable.
