The industry concerned with recycling C&D waste is taking its first steps in Spain as an emerging sector for sustainable construction, by saving and making use of natural resources. The expectations generated by the National Plan for Construction and Demolition Waste 2001 – 2006, and the results obtained in some Autonomous Regions, have broadened the interest of companies working in the sector for the growth potential of such activities and the markets for the management and valuation of C&D waste in our country. For this reason, through constant analysis and study of the needs and demands of our customers, our new division for treating C&D waste is developing all types of installations, including both fixed and mobile versions, for the treatment of different types of C&D waste. We can provide all types of mobile installations (on caterpillar tracks, wheels, impact crushers, alligator crushers, mobile screens, etc.) thanks to representing the Austrian firm SBM here in Spain.

Industrias Leblan S.L. makes and supplies installations for treating C&D waste, satisfying the needs of our customers at all times, along with the current expectations and standard procedures for the re-use of recycled aggregates. Our installations have a modular design, which enables all types of C&D waste to be treated (collected directly from work and demolition sites, or else from builder’s skips in the road), allowing for a wide range of possibilities both in terms of treatment capacity (from 50 to 250 ton/hr) and in the typology of the products recovered (wood, plastic, metal, ceramics, tiles, etc.)

Furthermore, Industrias Leblan S.L. represents the Austrian company, SBM, in Spain, this being a leading company in the building of both mobile and fixed machinery and plants for recycling C&D waste, and in the crushing and classifying of all types of aggregates.

We have a wide variety of mobile plants, available both on wheels and caterpillar tracks, with treatment capacities ranging from 50 to 350 ton/hr. The fact that these mobile plants are easy to transport, place in position and start up make them perfect for the pretreatment of this type of waste on the building site, which favours its re-use there, or at least enable a considerable reduction to be made in the cost of transport for its subsequent treatment.
