Long experience in the design, manufacture and assembly of aggregate treatment plants and MSW treatment plants inspired us to take on new projects.
CDW (Construction and demolition waste) treatment plants are a combination of techniques used for years in our aggregates and MSW plants.
Their purpose is to treat the materials from construction and demolition and to obtain products that are again usable.

Primary feeders with or without pre sieving, with sturdy reception bins and variable capacities adapted to the production and grading of the intake material of each installation.

Designed to crush the largest sizes of rock that enter the installation, they prepare the incoming material to be crushed again and subsequently classified.

Impactor mills for crushing of abrasive rock. Designed to produce sands with a high reduction coefficient. Rotor with turning direction change for better utilization of the wear elements and to provide high performance. Special high wear-resistant steel impact bars. Hydraulic opening for simple maintenance access.

Inclined sieves with free vibration action which allows a broad full range and regimen of revolutions. Adapted to all aggregate grading and characteristics of aggregate; dry and washed, fine and large, natural and crushed. Its design and strength are ideal for its use in all types of aggregate treatment installations. Sieving surfaces from 2m2 to 17m2 through mesh and models of up to 4 floors.

Manufactured with standardized elements, they make it possible to cover all material transport needs regardless of length or production within the installation. Depending on the necessary features, we have conveyors manufactured in structure, folded steel plate of standard shape. Light construction and resistant, slender lines, possibility of enclosure and comprehensive inspection accesses, diversity of belt and power types and simple access for maintenance.
Dust collection is done, at specific points of the installation, through sleeve filters that have an automatic cleaning system through periodic impulses of compressed air, which make it unnecessary to stop the flow of the gas or insulate chambers during cleaning periods. This obtains the maximum utilization of the filtering surface. Moreover, this cleaning system allows greater filtering speeds. All this leads to filters of smaller size.
The metal separator is used for separation and reclaiming of the ferromagnetic materials. Suspended above conveyor belts, they attract the ferric materials, separating them from the transported material. Its special design makes it possible to effectively treat materials transported in very thick layers or at high speeds. The separator is equipped with a device that automatically and continuously discharges the metal waste.
Enclosures composed of modular panels made with double-layer steel plate and interior insulation. Prepared and adapted for the plant personnel to carry out the manual selection of the recyclable materials in the best working conditions. The sorting belts run through the cabins with various collection bins. The materials selected fall to the lower floor through these, already classified.
