Metal APL feeders
NOur APL slat feeders are based on a system of articulated metal slats, assembled and driven by chains with very strong metal support rollers, built of steel with a high anti-wear factor. Generally used as primary feeders in the packing plants and for the feeding of multi-product presses of materials already selected in the supply stores.
Metal AP feeders
All our AP plate feeders are designed to provide regular dosing, irrespective of the load accumulated, due to its flow limiters and its calculated power. We guarantee a perfect finish and high resistance to oxidation abrasion.
Conveyor belts
Manufactured with standardized elements, they make it possible to cover all material transport needs regardless of length or production within the installation. Depending on the necessary features, we have conveyors manufactured in structure, folded steel plate of standard shape. Light construction and resistant, slender lines, possibility of enclosure and comprehensive inspection accesses, diversity of belt and power types and simple access for maintenance.
Manual sorting cabins
Enclosures composed of modular panels made with double-layer steel plate and interior insulation. Prepared and adapted for the plant personnel to carry out the manual selection of the recyclable materials in the best working conditions. The sorting belts run through the cabins with various collection bins. The materials selected fall to the lower floor through these, already classified.
Bag openers
The plastic bags containing the waste reach the hopper of the opener through a conveyor-feeder. The opening mechanism is made of a sectioned rotor with several disks. Each disk has ripping punches. In its turning hydraulic movement it opens and empties the plastic bags, the waste and the bags falling through the lower part to a collection conveyor.
Ballistic separators
These units have the task of separating the flow of material into three fractions, to generally facilitate the operation of subsequent automatic separation. The ballistic type separator is composed of longitudinal, rigid and perforated sieving elements, composing an inclined table. The elements are assembled on a crankshaft on both ends. When they turn, they cause the elements to move in circles.
Aspiration of plastic film
Placed in strategic points in the installation, the plastic-film is selected with an aspiration and blowing system and transported pneumatically to the corresponding press. The system is totally automatic, autonomous and very efficient, easily separating an element that is complicated to separate by other means, as is plastic film.
Optical separation
The optical separators automatically classify the materials through the scanning of the objects. Once recognized, the impulsion maneuver is generated automatically with a compressed-air jet that “shoots” a specific material to the appropriate collector. These units are composed of the following elements:
- Feeder conveyor
- Control cabinet
- Detection enclosure
- Air tank (inside the enclosure)
- Outlet box (according to the functions of the machine)
Metal separation
The metal separator is used for separation and reclaiming of the ferromagnetic materials. Suspended above conveyor belts, they attract the ferric materials, separating them from the transported material. Its special design makes it possible to effectively treat materials transported in very thick layers or at high speeds. The separator is equipped with a device that automatically and continuously discharges the metal waste.
Induction separators
The non-ferric metal separators are ideal for the reclaiming of aluminium, copper, brass, etc. The separating element is a magnetic rotor equipped with permanent high-remanence neodymium magnets. The high-frequency magnetic field created induces the Foucalt currents in the conducting metal parts; these, in turn, create a magnetic field opposite to the rotor. The result is a force of repulsion of the metal elements, while the rest continue their natural trajectory.
Presses
Continuous packing presses for the packing of paper, cardboard and plastic, equipped with needle passage, automatic knot-tying device and electric board for operation by programmable automat. Totally automatic packing presses for metals with electric automation units.
Compacters
Also called transference plants, they consist of a set of systems whose objective is the transfer and compacting of the waste, in order for it to be compacted and stored. The considerable reduction of the volume and the storage in closed container facilitate their transport, storage, loading and unloading. The entire process is automatic and consists of the dosing, pressing, opening and closing of containers and their movement.
Automatic tunnel filling system
The automatic tunnel filling system is composed of four belts, designed for the automatic filling composting tunnels. The machine is positioned in front of each tunnel, moving over a rail track. The set of four belts moves on pneumatic wheels, these being moved through guides in the transfer, which facilitates the centering of the conveyor as it extends inside the tunnel in order to fill it correctly.
Tripper belts
Its main application is the filling of composting yards where innumerable positions of intermediate discharges are necessary; this is achieved with the movement of the tripper or discharge car along the main belt.
Semipermeable membrane composting tunnels
Modular designed composting system. Each tunnel is composed of a concrete body and the automatic structure of the roof in butterfly wing shape that contains the semipermeable membrane. The compositing process is controlled and regulated by a computer-controlled aeration system. In breakdown, the composting system is a simple and sturdy structure.
Simple and double screw compost feeders
The variable-pitch double screw compost feeders ensure regular dosing at their outlet; moreover, the balanced descent of the compost poured by the blade in the reception hoper. The dimensions of said hopper facilitate the maneuvering of the blade, as well as achieving a temporary accumulation of the material which allows the loading cycle to be completed.
Sieving trommels and elastic mesh sieves
The trommels carry out classification with a selective filtering surface that allows the passage of the organic material or waste of the appropriate dimensions to the lower collection hopper. The reject is poured into a bin placed at the outlet of the trommel. The forward movement of the organic material is assured by a slow rotation of the cylinder on solid wheels and the carefully studied inclination of the entire unit.
Densimetric tables
These units carry out the separation between the organic material (compost) and the inert materials (glass, earths, etc.) The densimetric separation by dry method is obtained on an inclined treatment base with vibratory movement. A current of rising air goes through said base, achieving two effects on the material to be treated: The compost of less density is fluidified and floats, sliding toward the lower part guided by the air flow. The inert products, of greater density, are deposited on the treatment base and are transported toward the upper part.
