EMAIL:

4. How long do we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the business relationship is maintained or the user requests its deletion. Once the business relationship ends, the data will be retained for as long as necessary to comply with legal obligations. In the case of self-application, the data provided by the candidate will be retained for one year.
In the case of a job offer, the data provided will be retained for the duration of the selection process. Once the process is complete, your CV will be deleted unless you are hired. If you are not hired and INDUSTRIAS LEBLAN S.L. wishes to retain your CV, we will ask for your consent.

PERSONAL DATA FORMS WEB PAGE

The data collected through the “Work with us” form will be retained for one year. Data collected through the other forms on our website will be retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or the user requests its deletion.

In the case of the whistleblower channel form, the data of the person submitting the report, employees, and third parties will be retained in the information system only for the time necessary to decide whether to initiate an investigation into the reported events. In any case, if it is proven that the information provided, or part of it, is not true, it will be deleted immediately, unless such inaccuracy may constitute a criminal offense, in which case the information will be retained for the time necessary to process the legal proceedings. In any case, three months after the data was entered, it will be deleted from the reporting system, unless the purpose of retention is to provide evidence of the system’s operation.

After the aforementioned period has elapsed, the data may continue to be processed by the body responsible for investigating the reported incidents and will not be retained in the reporting system. Information that has not been processed will be stored anonymously. Under no circumstances may the data be retained for a period exceeding ten years (Article 26 of Organic Law 2/2023, of February 20).

5. Do we create profiles with your data?

Using the information provided by candidates in their CVs, INDUSTRIAS LEBLAN S.L. may create profiles to select the best candidate for a specific position.

6. To whom do we transfer your data?

Data transfers are not anticipated except as authorized by tax, commercial, and telecommunications laws, as well as in cases where a judicial authority requires us to do so.

INDUSTRIIAS LEBLAN S.L. may share personal data with external companies that provide services to INDUSTRIAS LEBLAN S.L. A Confidentiality Agreement is entered into with all of these companies to guarantee the use of personal data in accordance with the requirements of current Data Protection regulations. These companies may include, but are not limited to:

  • Tax and Accounting Consultants.
  • IT Companies.

Data collected through the reporting channel will not be transferred to third parties except at the reasoned request of the competent judicial authority, by means of a court order, and within the framework of a judicial proceeding and under its supervision. In any case, if the reported facts constitute a criminal offense, they will be reported to the Public Prosecutor’s Office. The data may be processed by other persons, or even communicated to third parties, if necessary for the adoption of corrective measures or for the processing of sanctioning or criminal proceedings that may be appropriate.
